Anyway, according to the powers that be, I have Bipolar type I with psychotic features, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety disorder with/without Agoraphobia, and Adult ADD. I guess that qualifies my blog to be in this section. It is about my life, information for people who are seeking help, hopefully helping non-ill people better understand mental issues and that we are not “crazy”, but above all, I aim to speak out about mental health in attempt to break the silence.

Two years ago, suicide became the leading cause of death by injury in America, surpassing car accidents for the first time, and escalating worldwide. In 2013 my teen daughter who was severely depressed committed suicide, and I happen to be a counselor. As a way to recover from grief, I wrote a book which will be published by Big Table Publishing in Feb. 2015, “Once The Storm Is Over: From Grieving to Healing After The Suicide of My Daughter.”

I am wondering if you would be interested in a blog interview? I would be happy to send you the pre-publication edition.

This is a trailer for the new book:

Below is my contact information, and more about the book.

    Thank you for considering this,
